Whether an NBN installation fee is required depends on the property. If you do not have a square hub-like box in your house, it is very likely that you will need one; NBN installation costs are usually AUD 330, but please enquire first.

Generally speaking, a speed of 100 Mbps is comfortable enough, but the standard comfortable speed depends on what you do with the internet.
A speed of 1 Mbps is sufficient for sending and receiving emails and posting on social networking sites. A speed of 10 Mbps is comfortable enough for browsing websites, but if you want to watch videos, you will need a speed of around 20 Mbps to be comfortable. When playing online games, you will need a speed of at least 30 Mbps to feel comfortable, due to the amount of data being exchanged.

The entire optical cable installation takes about two hours. It takes 30 minutes for consultation to decide how and where to pull the cable and where to install the equipment, one hour to pull the fibre optic cable from the power line into the room, and 20 minutes to connect the communication equipment and check the connection. The times given here are examples and may vary depending on the installation conditions. Work may be delayed due to weather conditions or if existing pipework cannot be used. Some work may be carried out indoors, so please book your installation at a time when you are available.

There is no minimum usage period. However, the minimum usage period for W::Xpress is three years.

The cost of maintaining the router, including the VPN, is all covered in the 15 AUD fee.

Our service is free in the month of opening and billing starts in the following month (payment at the end of the current month), so please adjust the timing of opening before using the service.

We handle all communication necessary for the opening of the service, including the NBN. You can communicate with our operators in Japanese without any worries, and we will take responsibility for coordinating with the NBN etc.
